How does Rafflr work?
Pick a wheel: Rapid ($100 pot), Baller ($500) or Whale ($10,000). Put tokens in and you get a slice of the wheel the size of your share. Once two players are in, a countdown starts. The wheel spins when it ends, or straight away if the pot fills first, and whoever's slice the pointer lands on wins the pot. If nobody else joins within 2 minutes, your bet is refunded in full.
What is Blue Gems?
A last-one-standing game for four players. Pick a table (Low $10, Medium $50 or High $100). Everyone gets their own 3×3 board with 3 bombs, 1 extra life and 5 gems. Each round you all pick a tile, then the picks are revealed together: a bomb costs a life, the heart gives you one. Knocked out? You can rebuy once for the same buy-in, which goes into the pot. The last player standing takes the pot, less the 5% fee, and every board can be checked against the seed after the game.
What is Blast Off?
A rocket race for four players. Pick a table (Orbit $10, Moon $50 or Mars $100), and each round choose a wheel: Steady, Boost or Hyperdrive. All three move you 3 squares a spin on average; they differ in how often they stall and how far the big segments reach. The first rocket to square 18 takes the pot, less the 5% fee. Every spin is fixed by a seed published before launch, which you can check after the race.
When does a race start?
Every race shows its start time. It starts then with everyone who has bought in, or sooner if the grid fills. If fewer drivers start than the grid holds, the prizes are set for that field and 95% of every buy-in is still paid out. A race needs at least 2 drivers: if you're the only one at the start time, your buy-in is refunded.
What are my chances?
Your chance is your share of the pot. Put $25 into a $100 pot and you have a 25% chance. The bet panel shows your chance as you type, and your slice appears on the wheel before you place the bet.
Are the other players real?
Players with a BOT label are practice players, run by the computer so tables are never empty. In this demo everyone else is one. On the live site you play with real people, and practice players only fill quiet tables, always labelled. They can't win tournament prizes.
What are tokens?
Tokens are what you bet with. One token is one dollar. Add them from your Wallet and withdraw them back the same way.
How do the jackpots work?
Rapid, Baller and Whale each have their own progressive jackpot, shown at the top of the page. 1% of every pot on a wheel goes into that wheel's jackpot, so it keeps growing. Every spin has a small random chance of winning it. On average that works out to about once every 250 spins, but it's pure chance: a jackpot can hit twice in a row, or go much longer than 250 spins without hitting. The winner of that spin takes the whole jackpot on top of the pot. After a win it starts again at 5 times the wheel's pot: $500 on Rapid, $2,500 on Baller and $50,000 on Whale.
Can I check that a round was fair?
Yes. Before each round, Rafflr shows a fingerprint (hash) of a secret seed. After the spin the seed is revealed, and you can check it matches and produces the same winning ticket. Open Provably fair in your account and press Verify on any finished round.
What are daily rewards, missions and VIP?
Claim a bonus every day, and it grows the more days in a row you come back. Daily missions pay tokens for things like placing five bets. Your VIP tier rises with your level and earns rakeback: a small share of every bet back into your balance.
How do withdrawals work?
Open Wallet and choose Withdraw, pick a coin, paste your address and enter an amount. There are no documents for withdrawals up to $1,000 at a time and $2,000 in total. Past that, a 2-minute ID check (a photo ID and a selfie) releases the withdrawal, and you can do it early so nothing waits. Withdrawals up to $500 go out straight away; larger ones are checked by our payments team first, usually within the hour. Transactions shows each step, from approved and sent to arrived.
How do I set limits or take a break?
Open Settings in your account and choose Limits and self-exclusion. You can set daily, weekly and monthly deposit limits, take a break of 24 hours to 30 days, or exclude yourself for longer. If gambling stops being fun, talk to someone: BeGambleAware or Gamblers Anonymous.
